3. Manufacture

a³g partner companies have been manufacturing physical security hardware for many years to exacting, world-class standards. For each installation we manufacture to a timetable, working with client teams to identify appropriate contingencies and ensuring that the entire system is built and stored close to the project location ahead of the scheduled delivery and installation date. Where possible, every assembly is prefabricated and tested in our facilities to ensure efficient installation.

As part of our padlock testing process we freeze them to -40°C then beat them with a big hammer!
